    Job Title: Branch ManagerLocation: Mumbai,Thane Experience: 4-7 years in Sales & Marketing Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate (BBA, BE/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical, MBA in Marketing) Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 per month Gender: Male candidates onlyJob Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Branch Manager with strong experience in sales and marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building lasting customer relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency. If you are a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, we want to meet you.Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and assess customer needs.
    • Pursue sales leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and presentations.
    • Forecast sales, develop innovative sales strategies, and assess customer demands to drive long-term business relationships.
    • Generate and follow through on sales leads to meet personal and team sales targets, and evaluate their effectiveness.
    • Set up meetings with potential clients, listen to their requirements, and deliver tailored presentations on products and services.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, financial data, and market trends.
    • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
    • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and sales events to stay updated on industry trends.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals while handling any customer objections or complaints.
    • Collaborate with team members to enhance performance and share customer feedback with internal teams.
    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Experience in capital equipment, gensets, batteries, UPS, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
    • Strong learning ability, passion for sales, and a results-driven mindset.
    • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and delivering engaging presentations.
    • Strong people management skills, particularly for those in senior-level positions with a team of reporters.
