Job Description

    We are hiring a Branch Manager IFA Channel for a leading financial services organization. The role involves managing the branch IFA business, driving AUM and revenue growth, building strong IFA relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.Location- MumbaiKey Responsibilities:
    • Manage and grow the IFA channel business for the assigned branch
    • Acquire, onboard, and manage Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs)
    • Drive sales of mutual funds / financial products through IFA partners
    • Achieve AUM, revenue, and profitability targets
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key IFAs and distributors
    • Lead, coach, and monitor branch sales team performance.
    Desired Candidate Profile:
    • Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA preferred)
    • 6 to 12 years of experience in Wealth Management / Asset Management / NBFC
    • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience handling IFA / Distribution Channel
    • Strong understanding of Mutual Funds, Wealth Products, and IFA ecosystem
    • Proven track record in branch management and sales leadership.
