Job Description

    Kotak NextGen Bankers Programme in association with Manipal Academy of BFSI is a cuttingedge Direct Entry initiative designed to foster emerging talent in the banking industry. This programme offers an assured promising career pathway within Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. The programme is self-financed and candidates need to pay a fee of INR 2,80,000 to Manipal Academy of BFSI.NextGen Bankers receive a Post Graduate Diploma in Relationship Banking from Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) on successful completion of the programme.Candidates need to successfully complete all the following stages:Stage 1 - 4-month classroom course at Manipal Academy of BFSI, Bengaluru o Candidates need to fulfil the academic requirements and be successful at certifications and examinations conducted by the institute. Candidates need to adhere to Policies, Rules and Regulations as specified by the Institute and Kotak Mahindra Bank. Candidates will receive a stipend of INR 5000 per Month during this period.Stage 2 - 2 month On-the-Job Training of banking functions o Candidates need to shadow various roles during the 8 weeks and submit a report to their mentor. Candidates will receive a stipend of INR 10000 per Month during this period.Stage 3 - 6-month internship at an allocated branch/office. Candidates need to successfully complete the project assigned to them. Candidates need to support their teammates for target completion. Candidates will receive a stipend of INR 25000 per Month during this period.On successful completion of the 12-month programme, candidates join Kotak Mahindra Bank as Branch Relationship Manager and have a CTC of INR 5 LPA(Fixed) Performance Linked Pay.They would have the following responsibilities as BRM:
    • Develops new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities by sourcing customers.
    • Sources new bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channel.
    • Cross sells bank products to existing set of Branch customers which are mapped.
    • Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
    • Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction.
    JOB REQUIREMENT:
    • Graduate/Post Graduate (Fresher preferred).
    • Graduation Percentage 60% & above for B.Sc, B.E, B.Tech; 50% & above for others.
    • Age below 27 Years at the time of application
