As a Branch Service Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing customer experience, improving service metrics, leading branch teams, and ensuring seamless branch operations.Key Responsibilities
    • Drive branch productivity through efficient service delivery and process optimization.
    • Monitor customer wait times and ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
    • Improve First Contact Resolution (FCR) and overall customer satisfaction.
    • Track and enhance Transaction NPS (Net Promoter Score).
    • Support cross-selling initiatives by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant banking products.
    • Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff performance.
    • Control attrition and foster a high-performance service culture.
    • Implement service excellence and process improvement initiatives.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business and customer service goals.
    Candidate Profile
    • Prior experience in Branch Operations, Customer Service, or Branch Banking.
    • Team Handling Experience is Mandatory.
    • Strong leadership and people management skills.
    • Customer-centric mindset with excellent service orientation.
    • Ability to analyze service metrics and drive operational improvements.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process enhancement.
