Job Description

    • Job Responsibilities:You will Drive Sales AOP targets for the channel by effective Lead & Data managementYou will Manage lead journey till conversions by being the bridge between the branches and pre sales team at CCYou will Manage lead churning and re-marketing to improve campaign conversionsYour role would include - Arranging appropriate trainings and re-trainings for the pre sales team.You will Conduct timely Call Audit & Call quality analysisYou will Manage lead churning and re-marketing to improve campaign conversionsYou will be an anchor for us by - - Manage Cost of Acquisition for the channel by improving caller productivityYou will Create CC MISs & Analysis from the data pulled from the dialler or lead management software and use it to formulate strategy to improve the sanction number
