    • Strong BA experience
    • Create/Manage user stories, Process Flows, Data mapping, high-level functional testing, helping and advising Dev and QA.
    • Experience working in projects involving APIs and Integrations with internal and external systems
    • Working with complex integrations and handling requirements related to integrations
    • Basic understanding of Pega
    • Good to have experience working in Pega projects
    • Strong Communication Skills
    • Proactive and strong individual contributor
    • Good documentation and presentation skills
    • Experience in Agile methodology/implementation
    • Experience in engaging with PO on Epics, Features, PBIs, and any other agile-related activities
    • Experience in the banking world.
