Job Description

    Designation-Business AnalystLocation- Santacruz East (Mumbai)Experience-Min 3 YearsRole & Responsibilities:
    • Discuss, Elicit, Understand, Analyze and Document Business Requirements from customer.
    • Understand current and roadmap features in the existing solution/template and analyze against the customer requirements to find gaps and resolutions.
    • Prepare and present artifacts like Story Boards, Solution Review for customer.
    • Prepare, Review & Present documents and the information to every stakeholder.
    Business Requirements Specification Functional Requirements Specification Business Workflow and UI Wireframes (Conceptual Mockups)
    • Review & Ownership of Screen Mockups & UI Flows.
    • Facilitate prioritization discussions to finalize the scope of releases and roadmap items.
    • Create dummy data, sample data and scenario objects within the developed solution for validation, testing and review.
    • Train and Guide Solution QC for test planning and preparation.
    • Train and Onboard Customer for the solution usage.
    • Facilitate the process of Defect triage, reproduction, isolation and prioritization.
    Skills:
    • Working experience As Business Analyst in an Enterprise Software Product building or solution implementation.
    • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
    • Written and Verbal communication, including technical writing skills
    • Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive.
    • Working experience of calculation models related to Finance or Engineering or Pricing
    • In depth experience of using Excel for Business Reporting and Modeling.
