Job Description

    Business Analyst Life Insurance Location: Mumbai Lower Parel Company: HDFC Life Insurance Number of Positions: 1HDFC Life Insurance is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in the Life Insurance domain and Policy Servicing. The ideal candidate should possess strong business analysis skills and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.Key Responsibilities:
    • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to policy servicing and other life insurance operations.
    • Work closely with stakeholders, technology teams, and business units to define and refine business processes.
    • Develop functional specifications, process workflows, and business requirement documents (BRDs).
    • Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure seamless implementation of business solutions.
    • Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide necessary support for smooth project execution.
    • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend technology-driven solutions.
