    Job Title: Business Development Executive - Raje Packers and MoversReports to: Founder/DirectorJob Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our startup Packers and Movers company. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing sales, building relationships with B2B vendors, and connecting with new clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of finalizing orders and driving business growth.Key Responsibilities:1. Increase Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and revenue.2. Build Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B vendors, clients, and partners.3. Connect with New Clients: Connect with new clients and understand their packing and moving needs.4. Site Visits: Conduct site visits to assess clients packing and moving needs and provide customized solutions.5. Finalize Orders: Negotiate and finalize orders with clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met.6. Daily Reports: Prepare and submit daily reports of sales activities, site visits, and client interactions.7. Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive business growth.Performance Metrics:1. Sales Revenue: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.2. Number of Clients: Acquire and retain a minimum number of clients per quarter.3. Client Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of client satisfaction, as measured through feedback and reviews.Requirements:1. Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the packing and moving industry.3. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.4. Knowledge: Knowledge of the packing and moving industry, including services offered and competitor analysis.What We Offer:1. Basic Salary: -2.
