Working as a Business Development Associate with Blues N Coppers Exhibitions you will be responsible to drive forward the custom stall design and build business in the domestic and international market You will be responsible for developing new clients & managing an existing portfolio of clients, consisting of Global MNCs, Domestic companies and SMEs. You will be selling premium custom stands into the fast moving and competitive environment, so you must be able to be consultative and thorough in your sales approach and be adaptable. You would need to learn about our client s industries and its exhibitions. Key Requirements : 0- 2 years of work experience, B2B experience preferred Good oral and written communication skills Experience in lead generation or inside sales Experience in cold calling / customer service on calls Qualifications : Any Graduate / Post Graduate Industry : Events / Advertising / Media Reporting To : Business Development Manager Location : Bandra (West), Mumbai (HO) Office Tasks: Collations of the potential client data through directories / web in CRM / Excel software Pitching all the existing and potential clients via telephonic pitches for upcoming exhibitions Generating maximum requirements / enquiries via cold calling, meetings and emails Taking accurate and complete requirement from the client and filling up the briefing sheet with all the required information before requesting for a design Liasioning with 3D design team to understand the designing timelines and keeping the clients posted for the same, with regards to submission deadline Keeping abreast with the technical knowledge of 3D designing and fabrication, which will help you to give a clear idea to the client in terms of work scope / deliverables Writing design concept note and preparing email proposals and presentations Negotiating with clients and finalizing deals best favoring to our organization Knowledge about 2D graphic like checking resolution fit and ready to print artwork files. Obtaining the same from the client on- time Following up with the clients for required artwork & data which is crucial for preparing the design and proposal Liasioning with production team to understand the production timelines and feasibility of elements / structures and informing clients with regards to the same Coordinating with the organizers, getting design approvals and doing all the formalities on- time Providing all the required documents to the operations team related to the projects Following up with the client for balance payment and keeping the accounts department posted for the same Outperforming monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Maintaining performance mapping sheet on daily basis Maintaining stand MIS Submitting daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the reporting manager Field Tasks: Visiting clients for meetings to understand the requirements Visiting exhibitions for managing the existing clients on- site as well as meeting potential clients face to face to generate more business Visiting exhibitions/ workshops for training and development Download Profile Please fill in the below form.
