Please find below the job description.Job description:
    • Generate leads through market research (internet, social media, contacts, etc.).
    • Undertake calls to contacts/clients to schedule meetings (both domestic and international).
    • Prepare meeting schedules for the relevant partners (for domestic and international meetings).
    • Source contact details/information to arrange meetings.
    • Maintain records/data of daily work and ensure regular updates.
    • Present weekly reports of prospective clients during review meetings.
    • Follow up regularly and develop strategies to pursue opportunities to closure.
    • Source information on conferences, workshops, and trade bodies for speaking or participation opportunities by partners/lawyers.
    Job Specification:
    • Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field or any other filed.
    • Strong research skills to identify and generate leads using various sources (internet, social media, contacts).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle both domestic and international calls effectively.
    • Proficiency in managing schedules and organizing meetings for senior stakeholders (partners/lawyers).
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and data.
    • Ability to create and present weekly reports to management regarding prospective clients.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data management and report generation.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.
