Find and connect with potential clients.2. Reach out to clients through calls, emails, and meetings and convert the leads.3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.4. Keep track of sales activities(Leads, Progress) and client feedback.Recruitment-1. Source candidates through networking, referrals, and job boards2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.4. Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.Requirements:1.
