Job Description

    We are Hiring! We are a 17-year-old Executive Search firm specializing in Executive Search services , focusing on Middle and Senior level Talent Search.The details are:Company- RightMatch HR Services Private LimitedDesignation-BusinessDevelopment - LeadWork Days- 5 (Monday to Friday) - All days work from OfficeWork timings- 9:30 am to 7:00 pm.Work Location- Kandivali West (SV Road, 5 mins walk from the station)Job Profile -*Client Acquisition:
    1. Achieve a set number of new client acquisitions quarterly.
    2. Develop and implement strategicbusinessdevelopmentplans resulting in a specified percentage increase in the client base.
    3. Maintaina comprehensive database of potential clients and regularly update it with new leads.
    * Relationship Management:
    1. Establish and maintain client satisfaction at a minimum of 90%, measured through regular feedback and client surveys.
    2. Achieve a specified percentage increase in repeatbusinessfrom existing clients.
    3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a 100% success rate in project delivery as per client expectations.
    * Sales and Revenue Generation:
    1. Exceed monthly and annual sales targets by a specified percentage.
    2. Successfully negotiate and close a predetermined number of deals with clients.
    3. Implement pricing strategies that result in a targeted revenue increase.
    * Networking and Brand Building:
    1. Represent the company at a minimum of two industry events per quarter.
    2. Establish at least one strategic partnership annually to enhance the companys brand presence.
    3. Increase brand visibility by a specified percentage through participation in networking functions and community engagement.
    * Market Intelligence:
    1. Provide monthly market intelligence reports highlighting key industry trends and potentialbusinessrisks or opportunities.
    2. Successfully propose and implement at least one proactive market strategy based on identified trends annually.
