Job Description

    Job Title: Business Development ManagerLocation:Andheri-West, MumbaiCompany:One Health AssistJob Summary: The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and partners, and developing strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create and implement effective strategies to achieve business objectives.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Strategy Development:
      • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company growth objectives.
      • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities and markets.
    2. Market Research & Analysis:
      • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
      • Analyze market needs and develop strategies to address gaps and capitalize on opportunities.
    3. Client & Partner Acquisition:
      • Generate new business leads and convert them into clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and strategic partners.
    4. Sales & Negotiation:
      • Develop and present proposals and presentations to potential clients and partners.
      • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business and achieve revenue targets.
    5. Relationship Management:
      • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
      • Address client concerns and feedback to improve service delivery and client experience.
    6. Collaboration:
      • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, and sales) to align business development efforts with company objectives.
      • Provide feedback and insights to help shape product offerings and marketing strategies.
    7. Reporting & Metrics:
      • Track and report on business development activities, pipeline status, and sales performance.
      • Analyze metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet goals and improve performance.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
    • Proven experience (5-8 years) in business development, sales, or a related role.
    • Demonstrated success in generating new business, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
    • Strong understanding of business development processes, market dynamics, and strategic planning.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with other business development tools is a plus.
