Purpose Of The JobWe are looking for a FLS representative who will be responsible for acquisition of Corporates and Government offices for National Pension Scheme in HDFC Lifes NPS & Annuity and Retirement & Pension vertical respectively. The candidate should have experience preferably in B2B sales & in BFSI Industry.As a Front Line Sales (FLS), you will network with assigned partner & engage with new partner teams to build win-win business relationship and ensure high performance by selling life insurance products.Duties and Responsibilties - It is a field job. You will have to travel within the assigned geography to meet Institutions/ clients teams and customers. - You will be evaluated on your ability to meet the business targets (Top line, No of customers acquired, no. of subscribtions) -HDFC Life believes in technology driven sales and you will learn new technology/Mobility enhancements, to comply with the Sales Management Process. - As a business professional you will be uphold organizational values in every action and ensure business ethics and integrity.
