Job Description

    Designation - BDM(Banca channel)Location - MumbaiProduct - Life insuranceCtc upto 4.25 LPAKey Responsibilities:1. Sales and Revenue Generation
    • Achieve and surpass sales targets through the bank channel.
    • Collaborate with bank staff to promote various insurance products (life, general, health) to customers.
    • Develop and implement strategies to boost bancassurance sales.
    2. Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with branch managers and bank personnel to enhance product awareness and sales.
    • Serve as the main point of contact between the bank and the insurance company, managing escalations, training, and product updates.
    3. Training and Support
    • Conduct regular product training sessions for bank staff, ensuring they are up-to-date on insurance products.
    • Offer ongoing support and guidance to improve bank staffs understanding and effectiveness in insurance sales.
    4. Customer Engagement
    • Assess client needs to recommend suitable insurance products.
    • Address customer inquiries and provide after-sales support to ensure high satisfaction.
    5. Reporting and Compliance
    • Monitor and report on sales performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
    • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical standards in all processes.
