Job Description

    Opening for Business Development Manager for Nasal Products or inhaler or ent for a pharma company in Borivali.Job Profile:Sales Strategy Development and Execution: Create and implement strategic sales plans tailored to thespecific territory to achieve sales targets and market penetration. Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and opportunities for growthwithin the territory. Team Management : Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, andmotivation to help them achieve their sales targets. Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize training sessions to improve the skills andperformance of the sales team.
