Achieve business and revenue targets. Handle client negotiations and closures. Build long-term client relationships.Candidate RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment / Staffing Business Development. Mandatory: Non-IT Recruitment / Staffing experience. Experience in B2B / Corporate Client Acquisition. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good relationship management and business development skills. Candidates from IT Recruitment / IT Staffing only will not be considered. Candidates with only recruitment/delivery experience and no business development experience will not be considered.
