Job Description

    • Identify and develop new markets and new business opportunities
    • Focus on client acquisition and building long-term partnerships with them
    • Growing and enhancing companys presence in the market
    • Formulating and implementing the sales plan aligned to the business goals
    • Assist in increasing profitability of the business
    • Build and Manage a team of BD professionals
    • Collaborate with Operations team to ensure execution of projects
    Qualifications/Requirements:
    • 5 years of experience in Quantitative research, Sales, Business Development and Management
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Assertive and insightful
    • Possess strong business acumen that enables him/her to seek out new growth opportunities
    • Keep abreast of market trends, industry events, competitors and clients needs in order to pursue growth opportunities
