    • Conduct Client Meetings:Present TopGears services and value propositions, both in-person and virtually.
    Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop Business Plans:Create and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
    • Lead Generation:Utilize various channels (networking, referrals, cold calling, digital platforms) to generate high-quality leads.
    • Negotiate Contracts:Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements that align with company goals.
    Market Research & Analysis:
    • Monitor Industry Trends:Stay updated on recruitment trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
    • Provide Insights:Offer clients valuable market intelligence to position TopGear as a trusted advisor.
    Collaboration & Coordination:
    • Work with Internal Teams:Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
    • Attend Industry Events:Represent TopGear at conferences, job fairs, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
