Job Description

    Creative Services of the organizationcater to clients looking for compelling storytelling, visually striking campaigns, and impactful brand communication. We are seeking a Business Lead to drive growth and manage key creative accounts.Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Sales:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies for creative services, including branding, design, content development, video production, and campaign creation.
    • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads by building relationships with clients.
    • Present proposals and creative pitches to clients, showcasing the agencys capabilities and value proposition.
    Client Servicing:
    • Manage key client accounts for creative projects, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with internal creative teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
    • Ensure creative output meets client objectives and is aligned with brand standards.
    Revenue & Profitability:
    • Take ownership of the creative services P&L, ensuring profitability and meeting revenue targets.
    • Review project budgets, optimize resource allocation, and control expenses to maximize profitability.
    Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the Creative Director and team leads to ensure high-quality creative outputs that exceed client expectations.
    • Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to contribute to campaign planning and strategy.
    Qualifications:
    • 5 years of experience in business development or client servicing in creative or marketing agencies.
    • Strong understanding of creative services, brand strategy, and campaign development.
    • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals with high-value clients.
    • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Experience managing P&L for creative services is a plus.
