CDIO OM T&P manage the tools and processes to support effective delivery of programs, forecasts and financials across the CDIO organisation and UBS. Within the area of the CDIO OM T&P team this role aligns to, we are accountable for delivering consistent business operational processes to enable Technology to deliver at UBS. The CDIO OM T&P team works closely with stakeholders across UBS to enhance processes and tooling to enable efficient execution and appropriate control of Technology Business and Program Management processes, 4+ years of experience in reporting or data analysis a background in business management or financial processes such as forecasting, billing, accruals, capitalization is strongly beneficial experience working in a large, global organization knowledge of MS Access or VBA will be beneficial experience of reporting tools such as Tableau or Alteryx is beneficial working experience with CA PPM will be an additional advantage numerate and confident in analyzing unfamiliar datasets a flexible team player with a positive attitude who is comfortable operating in a global team a strong communicator, from making presentations to technical writing a self-starter, capable of operating independently fluent in English
