Job Description

    Sales and Marketing ManagerJob Background:As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of TIS. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance sales, increase brand visibility, and engage our target audience.Job Responsibilities:Sales Growth Strategy and Execution:
    1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to track, achieve and exceed sales targets for the FY25.
    2. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure continuous growth.
    3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product, workshops and seminar events to boost sales.
    Social Media Plan and Execution
    1. Create and execute a social media plan to enhance brand presence across platforms primarily Instagram, facebook, linkedIn, Medium and YouTube
    2. Develop engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to attract and interact with the target audience.
    3. Monitor social media analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.
    Outreach Events:
    1. Plan and coordinate participation in exhibitions, stalls, and other outreach events to showcase our STEM education programs.
    2. Develop and nurture relationships with event organizers and partners.
    3. Ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients and partners to convert leads into business opportunities.
    Website Management:
    1. Oversee the maintenance and updating of the company website, ensuring that content is current, accurate, and reflective of our brand identity.
    2. Collaborate with relevant teams to implement and track search engine optimization rigour as well as necessary improvements and enhancements.
    Brand Outreach Activities:
    1. Manage the creation and distribution of newsletters to keep our audience informed about company updates, events, and educational content.
    2. Cultivate relationships with media outlets and coordinate media coverage to enhance brand visibility.
