We have critical demand for Mumbai for C, C++ Developer. Request you to kindly help in scheduling candidates as per appended planner. Need 2 profiles this week and 2 profiles next week for T-con interview (candidates can be scheduled from PAN India willing to relocate to Mumbai) 6 T-Con/ Web Ex interview 4th February 2020 (you can look for profiles from PAN India willing to relocate to Mumbai) 10 Face to Face interview 15th February 2020 (candidates should be scheduled from Mumbai) C, C++ Linux Developer: Experience: 4 -10 years Work location: BCK, MumbaiCandidate should be well conversant with C/Linux with knowledge of advance unix/linux programming concept. Should have very good hands on IPCs (Inter Process Communications) like Shared Memory, Queueus. Good knowledge of Data Structures, Usage of Debugger gdb. Should be able to Design C applications. Knowledge of Design Patterns.Also the candidate should not be working with Financial Technologies/63 Moon Technologies. Technical Skills Good understanding of Unix/Linix is expected. Minimum 4+ years of development experience in C/C++ Excellent understanding of pointers and IPC in Unix (shared memory) Excellent knowledge on Multithreading and Multiprocessing application exposure, socket programming, data structures, process synchronization, etc Working experience in Linux application debugging tools (GDB) Sound knowledge of Version Control (SVN) Strong written and oral communication with good client interaction skills Exposure to trading and/or real-time applications will be a plus Knowledge of shell script development is plus Management Skills Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for from definition phase through implementation Manages, leads, guides the development of team by ensuring that project tasks are in line. Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change. Soft Skills: Facilitates effective team interaction. Effectively utilizes each team member to his/her fullest potential. Exp. in Client communication. Steady and calm attitude to handle pressure and troubleshoot real time application.
