    • Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers
    • Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline effectively
    • Achieve individual and team sales targets
    • Maintain accurate customer and sales information
    • Continuously learn about recruitment, career services, job markets and effective sales techniques
    • Work closely with the team to improve customer experience and conversion rates
