Job Description

    Conduct market research to identify potential clients for the non aviation business Proactively seek out new leads and generate a pipeline of prospective customers. Develop a deep understanding of our companys products, services, and value proposition to effectively promote and sell to potential clients. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in prospective client organizations. Generate leads, cold call prospective customers, conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and address client needs. Create a strong rapport with clients and serve as a trusted advisor to them, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, maximizing profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and production, to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services to clients. Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence with the team to drive continuous improvement. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, MIS, including client information, sales activities, and outcomes. Prepare regular sales reports, performance analyses, and forecasts for management review.Major Areas of Responsibility Market research and analysis Lead generation and prospecting Proposal development and preparation Relationship building with clients and stakeholders Strategic planning and implementation Sales support and coordination Data analysis and reporting Cross-functional collaboration with other departments.Qualifications and Experience Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Bachelors degree in Hotel Management. Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or aviation industry. Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a proven ability to close deals and meet or exceed targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with clients. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales goals. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
