Job Description

    Hi,Position: Center ManagerLocations: Borivali, Thane (Mumbai)Job Responsibilities:
    1. Daily Operations & Administration Management: Oversee smooth functioning of the centers daily activities.
    2. Patient Care Service: Ensure quality patient care and address their concerns.
    3. Financial Counseling: Provide detailed financial guidance to patients, especially IVF patients.
    4. Floor Management: Maintain operational efficiency across departments.
    5. Team & Efficiency Management: Manage and motivate employees to achieve targets.
    6. Data & Compliance Management: Ensure accurate hospital data management and compliance with regulations.
    7. Vendor Management: Oversee relationships and negotiations with vendors.
    8. Support Marketing & Branding Teams: Assist with center-related promotional activities.
    9. Accounts & Pharmacy Coordination: Collaborate with accounts and pharmacy departments for smooth operations.
    10. Machine Maintenance: Track and ensure AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) compliance for machines.
    11. Reporting: Regularly track and report the centers performance to management.
    Job Specifications:
    • Experience: 4 to 5 years in relevant roles.
    • Languages: Fluency in Marathi (mandatory), Hindi, and English.
    • Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
    • Gender: Female candidates only.
    Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 per month (maximum).
