    • Generate business through leads, references, field activities, and existing customer networks.
    • Achieve assigned sales targets in terms of premium login, policy issuance, and business activation.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
    • Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
    • Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings to expand business opportunities.
    • Maintain high levels of customer service and ensure smooth policy processing.
    • Coordinate with branch teams and managers for business closures and operational support.
    • Maintain productivity and performance standards as defined by the organization.
    Eligibility -A female candidate who:1. Is from Life Insurance industry2. Preferably from Agency or Direct Marketing background3. Has been earning 3-5 k incentive month on month or min 36-60 k annual incentiveOR has qualified for international trip in the current or last Financial yearOR has been promoted in this FY or last FY4. Has prior experience and sales achievement of 15-20 lakh in competitor insurance companyAny additional requirement -
