    Job Description
    • Role Title: Channel Finance Executive
    • Purpose:The Channel Finance Executive manages payment follow-ups, promotes channel finance schemes, and coordinates with clients and fintechs for document submission and limit allocation.
    • Context:Arknine Solutions is currently geared for expansion. This role bridges the gap between the company, clients, and financial institutions, ensuring smooth transactions and promoting finance options to customers.
    • Role Accountabilities:
      • Follow up with clients for payment collections.
      • Promote and explain channel finance schemes to clients.
      • Assist clients in document submission for finance applications.
      • Coordinate with NBFCs and fintechs for limit allocation and fund approvals.
      • Maintain accurate records of payment collections and finance schemes.
      • Prepare reports on payment follow-ups and pending collections.
      • Ensure compliance with finance-related policies and regulations.
      • Support the sales team in client financing discussions.
      • Address client queries related to channel finance options.
      • Monitor and report on the success of finance schemes.
      • Negotiate terms with financial partners to optimize financing options.
      • Track repayment schedules and ensure timely follow-ups.
      • Develop strategies to onboard more clients to channel financing programs.
      • Maintain relationships with financial institutions to streamline financing processes.
      • Resolve client issues related to financing promptly.
      • Provide training to internal teams on finance schemes and policies.
    • Minimum Entry Qualifications
      • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
      • Proficiency in Fintech Software & ERP.
      • Skills in Prioritising & Triaging Obligations
      • Skills in Conflict Resolution and Negotiation
      Minimum Experience4 years in finance or sales support roles.Essential Knowledge
