Job Description

    Position:Channel Sales ManagerLocation:MumbaiJob Reference:ITC/CSM/hidden_mobile2/18455Role Overview:The Channel Sales Manager will oversee channel expansion and development, ensuring the achievement of monthly sales and revenue targets in line with company plans.Key Responsibilities:
    • Expand and manage sales channels according to company strategy
    • Conduct regular training sessions and implement processes to improve ROI and channel effectiveness
    • Plan and oversee partner activities and maintain a robust leads funnel
    • Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures
    • Recruit, train, and lead the channel sales force, including DSA manpower
    • Define revenue targets for channel partners and track their performance
    • Prepare daily and weekly reports on channel activity and sales results
    • Provide support to channel partners to ensure timely logins and maintain business quality
    • Manage vendor relationships and foster long-term partnerships
