Job Description

    CFO (Chief Financial Officer )-FinanceLocation:AndheriTeam Size:20-30 MembersIndustry: Candidate should be from the Gems or Jewelry industryQualification: CAPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced and strategicCFOto lead and manage the complete finance function across multiple business verticals, includingGems & Jewelry,Construction,IT, andInsurance. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in finance, accounts, wealth management, treasury operations, taxation, audits, and compliances. The role will report directly to theCommercial Directorand work closely with theChairperson.Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and oversee the complete Finance & Accounts operations across group companies
    • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives
    • Drive wealth portfolio enhancement and financial growth strategies for Gems & Jewelry and other business verticals
    • Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and financial reporting processes
    • Ensure efficient treasury management, banking relationships, cash flow planning, and fund management
    • Handle direct & indirect taxation, statutory compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements
    • Oversee forex transactions, export finance, export documentation, and international banking operations
    • Implement strong internal controls, governance frameworks, and financial discipline across businesses
    • Analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights to top management for business decision-making
    • Lead fundraising, banking negotiations, and financial restructuring initiatives whenever required
    • Monitor risk management practices and ensure financial stability of the organization
    • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing finance team of 2030 professionals
    • Coordinate with external stakeholders including auditors, bankers, consultants, and regulatory authorities
    Required Skills & Competencies
    • Strong expertise in Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Treasury, Audit, and Compliance
    • In-depth understanding of forex management, export finance, and banking operations
    • Experience in wealth management and portfolio growth strategies
    • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities
    • Ability to work closely with promoters and senior leadership teams
    • High level of integrity, financial governance, and business acumen
