Job Description

    The Opportunity:
    • Lead the national growth and transformation strategy for the company.
    • Drive the evolution of the business into a AI-enabled technology-first mobility solutions platform.
    • Build scalable and recurring revenue streams across the offered services.
    • Develop strategic enterprise partnerships across real estate, infrastructure, hospitality, retail, and smart city ecosystems.
    • Work directly with the CEO and leadership team to shape the future direction of the organization.
    Role Overview:
    • The Chief Growth Officer, will be responsible for driving PAN India business growth, strategic partnerships, customer acquisition, and revenue generation for the company.
    • The role will focus on expanding solutions through enterprise sales, commercial innovation, and long-term client relationships.
    • The successful candidate will be an entrepreneurial and execution-oriented leader with strong commercial acumen, solution-selling capabilities, and experience in technology-enabled business transformation.

    • Experience across mobility, infrastructure, proptech, smart city, real estate, hospitality, or related sectors preferred.
    • Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution orientation.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.
