Job Description

    Job Title - Circle Inventory LeadExperience: 1-3 YearsQualification: Any Graduate/ ITIJob Objective: To oversee the stores and spare parts management function, responsible for efficient handling, tracking, and issuance of defective and functional spares to engineers while ensuring smooth day to day administrative support. Major Responsibilities:
    • Spare Management:Issuance of spare parts to engineers. Receiving defective spares from engineers and coordinating their management.
    • Inventory Tracking:Tracking engineer-wise pending spares. Packing and forwarding defective spares, batteries, or any related materials as per company protocol.
    • Technical Support:Provide technical expertise and support for the management of spare parts.
    • Administrative Assistance: Assist the Area Service Head will day-to-day administrative tasks. Ensure timely documentation and reporting for spares handling and logistics.
    Technical Skill Set Required:
    • Excellent coordination and time management skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
    • Basic technical understanding of spares and logistics processes.
    • Proficiency in inventory or store management tools.
