Job Description

    • Work alongside architects, structural engineers, and other team members to create detailed project plans and designs.
    • Perform feasibility assessments and on-site investigations to evaluate project feasibility and identify potential obstacles.
    • Develop engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction timelines using relevant software tools.
    • Supervise construction operations, track project progress, and ensure adherence to design specifications, building codes, and regulatory standards.
    • Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to acquire necessary materials and equipment for construction activities.
    • Conduct regular quality assessments and initiate corrective actions to resolve any deviations from approved plans or standards.
    • Oversee project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure efficient use of resources to control costs.
    • Offer technical support and advice to project teams, addressing any engineering challenges that arise during construction.
    • Collaborate with project managers to achieve project milestones on time, ensuring completion within budget and schedule requirements.
    • Keep up with industry advancements, new technologies, and best practices in civil engineering, especially in real estate development.
