Job Description

    What Youll Do:- Communicate with customers, provide regular updates, and track claims oninsurer portals for accuracy and progress. - Handle escalated claims, resolve issues, and ensure timely settlement bycoordinating with TPAs/insurers. - Identify bottlenecks, perform root cause analysis, and drive faster turnaroundtimes (TAT). - Maintain detailed records, prepare claims analysis reports, and support the teamin complex cases while ensuring compliance. What Youll Bring:- 2-3 years of experience in corporate health insurance. - Excellent in verbal and written communication. - Adaptability, collaborative spirit and goal-oriented approach.
