The role involves managing high-net-worth (HNI) clients, handling inquiries, and coordinating client visits to provide an exceptional customer experience.Key Responsibilities:- Attend to client inquiries from various channels such as ads, references, and marketing activities.- Validate and record client information, ensuring it meets internal criteria.- Schedule and coordinate client visits to the experience center, providing tours when needed.- Act as the point of contact between clients and design teams for initial discussions.- Manage follow-ups, reschedule visits, and keep internal teams updated on client interactions.- Maintain diligent records of client meetings and visits.What Were Looking For:- Bachelors/Masters degree with 5-8 years of experience in client relations.- Proven experience handling HNI clients, ideally in the luxury sector.- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic ERP systems.- Detail-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.KINDLY SHARE YOUR RESUME AT hidden_email or at hidden_mobile
