Job Description

    Client Interaction & Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, regular check-ins, and exceptional customer service. Actively listen to client needs, understand their briefs, and translate them into actionable project plans.Gather and effectively communicate client feedback to the internal team. Address client concerns promptly and professionally.Project Management: Coordinate and oversee all aspects of client projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.Assign tasks to artists and designers, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to clients.Create and maintain project sheets, documenting project scope, timelines, completion status, and feedback.Communication & Collaboration: Effectively communicate project updates, challenges, and solutions to clients and internal teams.Collaborate with the creative team to ensure projects meet client expectations and exceed quality standards.Administrative Support:Maintain accurate client records and project documentation.Assist with the preparation of proposals and presentations.Handle basic administrative tasks as required.
