Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Medical Record Review:
      • Analyzing patient medical records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
      • Identifying gaps or inconsistencies in documentation.
    • Physician Queries:
      • Communicating with physicians and other healthcare providers to clarify documentation and obtain necessary information.
      • Initiating and following up on physician queries.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
    • 0- 2 years of experience in clinical data management.
    • Strong proficiency in Medidata Rave.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
