Together we show business sense by making sound decisions.Context/Environment:The Cloud Support Engineer will be responsible for configuring and supporting the application software used to operate self-service devices, as well as enhancing the environment in which they run.This position works typical office hours, however, there may be a need for occasional after hours and some potential weekend work where required.This is the ideal role for a candidate who has a strong background in cloud-based software support and/or environment/ application management and enjoys bringing their skills and experiences to a new working environment to build upon their current capabilities.Main Responsibilities: Software Application development, test, and support for 3rd party applications. User management Ability to troubleshoot software Defect management Software security configuration and support Strict Version and Document controls Project Support and Change Control Documentation and ReportingPERSON SPECIFICATION Able to work in a high-pressure environment, on projects, to tight deadlines. Ability to work as a team, but also confident to work without direct supervision. Willingness to train junior team members Experienced with Software IT Applications (configuration, support, troubleshooting etc) Previous working experience with Source Repositories, Project Management methodologies Exposure of working with Jira, Confluence or a similar workflow management tool Excellent written and oral communication skills Knowledge of software and/ or monitoring tools Experienced with designing and producing reportsDesirable
