Job Description

    Role: - Collection ExecutiveFresher to 1 yearLocation :- Sewri (Harbour Line )Job Responsibilities
    • Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan or EMI payments.
    • Explain repayment options and assist customers in resolving outstanding dues.
    • Handle customer queries professionally and maintain a polite, empathetic approach.
    • Negotiate payment commitments while following company policies and compliance guidelines.
    • Update customer interactions, payment status, and call remarks accurately in the system.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely payment updates and record maintenance.
    • Achieve daily and monthly calling and collection targets.
    • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all customer interactions.
    Eligibility
    • HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate in any discipline.
    • Freshers are welcome to apply.
    • Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, BPO, collections, or recovery will be preferred.
    Required Skills
    • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
    • Knowledge of at least one regional language is preferred (Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam).
    • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
    • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Internet, and data entry).
    • Positive attitude with good customer handling skills.
