    1. Make collection calls to US customers regarding outstanding rental dues
    2. Draft and send formal collection emails/letters to tenants
    3. Maintain and manage all collection-related documents and data
    4. Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments
    5. Analyze historical billing and payment data
    6. Follow up with clients to ensure timely debt payments
    7. Knowledge of US billing and customer payment processing
    8. Prepare and submit timely collection reports
    Skills & Requirements
    • Fluent English communication skills (verbal & written)
    • Good email drafting skills
    • Basic computer knowledge
    • Prior collection experience (mandatory)
    • Willingness to work night shifts
