Job Description

    Client : BLUESTAR Location: Andheri - Saki Naka Exp: Minimum 8 yearsPlease SEND CV ONLY IF IT MATCHES THE REQUIREMENT (I am only hiring for this role)Commercial Operations Specialist / ManagerRole Overview: Bluestar is seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist with a strong background in project commercial management. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in project accounting, SAP, revenue recognition, project cash flows, bank guarantees (BG), and letters of credit (LC). Knowledge of tender processes and an understanding of tender terms & conditions will be an added advantage.Key Responsibilities: Oversee project accounting and ensure accurate financial tracking.Manage SAP-based commercial operations and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.Handle revenue recognition in alignment with project execution.Monitor project cash flows to ensure smooth financial operations.Administer Bank Guarantees (BG) and Letters of Credit (LC) for project requirements.Analyze and interpret tender documents, including commercial terms and conditions.Coordinate with internal teams (finance, procurement, and project teams) to ensure commercial compliance.Candidate Requirements: Experience: 8 to 12 years in a commercial operations role within an EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) company.Qualification: B.Com / M.Com (Finance/Commerce background preferred).Mandatory: Hands-on experience in SAP and project financials.Preferred: Exposure to tenders, contractual documentation, and financial risk assessment.
