Job Description

    Company Secretary (CS)Location: Mumbai FortExperience: 3 to 8 yearsRoles and Responsibilities :Work directly with merchant bankers to manage and oversee the DRHP (Draft Red Herring Prospectus) filing process.Ensure timely and accurate compliance with corporate laws, including the Companies Act and SEBI regulations.Organize and manage board meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and resolutions.Handle the filing of necessary forms and returns with ROC, SEBI, and stock exchanges.Assist in the preparation of documents for public offerings and ensure compliance with listing regulations.Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure the company remains compliant.Skills and Experience:*Mandatory: Company Secretary (CS) qualification.3 to 8 years of experience, specifically in working with merchant bankers and handling DRHP filings.Strong understanding of SEBI regulations, corporate governance, and listing requirements.Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with public offering processes and regulatory filings is preferred.
