Job Description

Position: Company SecretaryQualification: CSExperience: FresherLocation: Mumbai(Worli & Kandivali)1. Holding board, committee, general and other statutory meetings, including preparation of agenda, board notes, minutes, etc.2. Filing of e-forms with ROC and maintaining statutory records;3. Ensuring compliance with Companies Act, RBI, FEMA and other applicable provisions for private limited entity4. Supporting private limited entities merger & amalgamation projects;5. Carry out research on need-based topics and provide presentations on amendments,focus areas of compliance, etc.;6. Leading dematerialization of shares of private companies and making necessary filings;7. Drafting, vetting, and supporting execution of legal agreements, if the need arises8. Knowledge of Secretarial Compliance and Companies Act.Qualifications:A qualified Company Secretary (must have a Membership number from ICSI)Work experience:Fresher.Good drafting and good communication skills
