Since 2016, weve hosted 100 high-impact events for major players like Merit Medical, Getinge Group, and Occlutech.Role: Conference ProducerWhat Youll Do:
    • Research market trends in lifesciences and niche medical sectors.
    • Conceptualize, write, and develop commercially viable B2B conference agendas.
    • Identify and confirm C-level speakers and thought leaders.
    • Manage end-to-end conference productionstrategy, planning, content, and delivery.
    • Liaise with marketing, sales, and operations teams for seamless execution.
    • Build relationships with industry associations and influencers.
    • Travel to events, manage live delivery, and gather post-event feedback.
    What Were Looking For:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B conferences or the lifesciences sector.
    • Graduate degree required.
    • Strong communication, research, and content development skills.
    • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and think strategically.
    • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
