Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Project Planning and Coordination:
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment.
• Site Management:
  • Supervise daily operations on the construction site.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Manage and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Budget and Cost Control:
  • Monitor project expenses and ensure they align with the budget.
  • Prepare and submit cost estimates and project reports.
  • Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure construction meets quality standards.
  • Implement corrective actions as needed to address any deficiencies.
• Team Leadership:
  • Lead and motivate the construction team to achieve project goals.
  • Provide training and support to team members as needed.
