Job Description

    Job description
    • Lawyer with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in drafting, negotiating and evaluating the international contracts.
    • Excellent in Contracts/ Master Service Agreement. Have worked extensively on international contracts/ MSA.
    • Should be prudent enough to ascertain the commercial angle in service provider contract.
    • Excellent contract negotiation and communication skills.
    • Would be capable to go on call(s) with customers and closing the Contracts.
    • Giving his legal opinion to TMBS management towards contents/intention as carried out in the MSA.
    • Result oriented and go getter, i.e. capable to accomplish the task with absolute co-ordination between TMBSL and Customer, within the agreed and prescribed timelines
