    • Gather insights to help identify the right talent for each client.
    2. Understanding Job Roles
    • Collaborate with Managers to gain a deep understanding of their hiring needs, including industry-specific requirements, company culture, and desired candidate profiles.
    3.Sourcing Candidates
    • Use job portals and online tools to find candidates that closely match the clients requirements.
    • Shortlist suitable profiles based on research and role fit.
    4.Candidate Coordination
    • Stay in touch with candidates throughout the process from scheduling interviews to collecting feedback.
    • Follow up with selected candidates until they join the company.
