Job Description

    Role SummaryA visual designer creates impactful graphics that are coherent and consistent, but at the same time impressively unique, based on visual fundamentals and theory of design. A Junior Visual Designer should have strong technical skills over tools and methodologies applied to visual design projects, this role needs to produce and execute visual design projects, working alongside with other designers and under a lead supervision.Scope & Complexity: Requires analysis and solving of common design problems. May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures. Requires understanding of the design projects set by creative leads, its involved mainly in executional support. Primary upward interaction is with creative leads and peers. May interact with client and/or within Accenture.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate in brainstorming sessions with the team. Support creation of templates/style guides for client brands, through processes that encourage free thinking and creativity without boundaries. Justify design decisions eloquently and explain visual concepts from the visual language and creative rationale. Proven design & layout skills, great eye for composition, color, typography and detail-oriented. Working independently and showing process. Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools: PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Basic Knowledge in the creation on Static banners. Knowledge in data visualization and infographics development. Desire knowledge in UI/UX solutions: UX, UI, User Interface, User Experience, Design Thinking, Interaction Design, User Interface (UI) Design Patterns & Techniques, User Interface Design-Web, Usability Design, Accessibility Design, User Interface (UI) Process Flow Design, Human Centered, User Interface Design-Desktop, User Interface (UI) Usability Test & Tools, Competitive Analysis, Design Acumen. Problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Job Specific Experience, Education and Skills1 years of relevant experience in visual or graphic design related with project specific needs. Basic written and oral communication skills. Have a strong portfolio that demonstrates aesthetic & strategically creative solutions. Is open-minded and demonstrates flexibility and optimism in adapting to change. It is required to speak English Basic knowledge on visual design regarding accessibility variables such as color, contrast, size, etc. Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite tools. (Required: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and InDesign).
