Job Description

    • Formulating standard operating procedures for ensuring environment, health & safety aspects; leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of production targets.
    • Create appropriate regional infrastructure at different locations and manage regional based network.
    • Responsible for activities regarding researching new business opportunities in the corporate market.
    • Consistently followSalesprocesses, targeting, prospecting, branding, collaterals andsalessupport materials. Set up targets, target achievement, aggressive collection performance. Monthly target to be sent timely.
    • Business Plan, monthly forecasting to be prepared timely and followed accordingly.
    • Set us sales, service process in organization.
    • Market study and pricing work.
    • Responsible for building corporate market and handling complete work.
    • Research complete database and timely MIS report to be sent.
    • Implement companys schemes through its channel partners.
    • Manage Sales and handle their problems and solve them.
    • Suggest on improvement of services at ground level and increase efficiency.
    • Prepare the B2B sales strategy & growth plans in line with business strategy.
    • Set demo sessions with the potential customers to convert the same into business.
    • Attend and represent the company at local and national meetings.
    • On- boarding the customers and keep the communication live.
    • Key responsibility as the Head of B2B is to drive profitability and deliver on the Revenue and Share parameters.
    • Align and execute trade marketing and trade promotions interventions with the B2B sales strategy and overall business strategy.
    • Lead resource for planning portfolio growth initiatives with accounts, assortment planning, launch planning and execution, development and execution of Joint Business Plans.
    • Category management and Promotion planning.
    • Driving operational efficiency for B2B channel.
    • Monitoring performance and taking corrective actions
    • Responsible for achieving planned sales by channel.
    • Achieving consistent growth by managing various internal and external stakeholders.
    • Work within allocated promotional cost and ensure effective spending in driving sales and brand building.
    • Lead resource for planning and negotiating for in-store activations, merchandising, sell-out plans with the accounts.
    • Negotiate favorable annual trading and logistic contract with chain.
    • Provide trade information, competitors activities and market intelligent to company.
    • Manage Accounts receivables, Responsible for debt collection and resolve all long outstanding debts.
    • Manage workforce across the B2B channel.
    • Work closely with Key Account Managers in achieving companys objective and vision.
    • Rest all day to day work assigned.
